How do we provide a quotation for a document? All documents are quoted according to the number of words in the
source language. The quotation is based on an approximate word count.
Additional graphics work or rich media are quoted separately upon submission of
source files. (Original art, color scanning, image processing, audio and video
clips)
When do we reply? A sales professional will contact you immediately, within 24 hours
during the week and within a maximum of 48 hours during weekends. Turnaround
time refers to the time we take to translate, once we have received your
written approval to perform the job.
