The Challenge
This customer realized that an increasing percentage of artists and users came
from outside the United States. Their goal was to attract even more worldwide
artists as well as fans to create a truly international music community. Thus,
this company wanted to uniquely position itself in the marketplace among a
growing list of online music sites with a global user base. "We had clearly
identified numerous overseas markets that provide enormous opportunities for
